Let's take a look at Pièce Montée Patisserie (삐에스몽테 제빵소), a charming bakery and café in Suwon, Gyeonggi Province, South Korea.

I had never heard of this beautiful place before, but my wife Regina suggested I visit it, as it's become quite popular on Korean social media.

So, while I was in the area after exploring Yongjusa Temple in Hwaseong City, I decided to drop by, maybe have a cup of coffee, and take some photos for this website.

Finding it took me a little while, but it was worth the effort! They had a wide variety of bread, cakes, snacks, coffee, and other beverages.

Getting to Piece Montee Patisserie in Suwon

Come out from Gosaek Station Exit #2 and walk straight ahead...

First, get off the subway Suin-Bundang Line at Gosaek Station. Head to Exit #2 and walk straight until you reach the main road (you will see the overpass), but do not cross the road.

Second, from that overpass, turn left and keep walking (maybe about 5 minutes) until you reach the crossroads. From there, turn right and cross the road. Piece Montee Patisserie is about one minute from the crossing.

Turn to your LEFT from this overpass from Exit #2 (Gosaek Station).

Piece Montee Patisserie is about 800 meters from Gosaek Station. Getting there in the evening is more impressive (and romantic!) because of the sight of lights enveloping the hanok-style cafe buildings.

You can get to Gosaek Station after you transfer from Suwon Station, which is connected to Seoul Subway Line 1.
